DELIVERY AND RECEPTION

1. General rules:

Packages are usually shipped within 2 days after receipt of payment. The shipping costs include the preparation and packing costs as well as the shipping costs. The products will be delivered with a tracking number to the delivery address indicated by the Buyer on the order form, in France, Corsica and worldwide. In case of partial availability of the items, Optik Lab may have to split the orders. So the available items can be sent at first, the balance of the order will be sent when all other items will be available. Optik Lab offers its customers to be delivered by Colissimo Post, TNT and other carriers. Failure to comply with the procedures set out below, no complaint from the Buyer will be accepted.

2. Delivery by TNT, COLISSIMO and others:

Products are checked, prepared and shipped with care in our warehouses as soon as possible after the validation of your payment; They are normally delivered within 48 hours in Colissimo by post. The package will be shipped only to the delivery address you specified during the ordering process In the event that an incorrect address would be specified and if we must reship the item to a new address, the cost of reshipment will be charged and due before this forwarding. The Buyer is delivered to his address and signs a distribution slip acknowledgment of receipt. In case of absence, the Buyer or the recipient of the ordered product receives a notice of passage, which allows him to withdraw the products ordered, at the nearest post office for colissimo (maximum period of 15 days). The Buyer is obliged to check, in the presence of the postman or delivery person, the condition of the packaging, the goods and its contents upon delivery. Failure to comply with the procedures outlined above will not result in any claims by the Buyer.

3. Delivery note:

This document legally certifies the transfer of ownership of the product. Once the delivery note is signed, the product belongs to you and neither Optik Lab nor our carrier is responsible for any damage suffered during the delivery, if they have not been written on the delivery note. This is why it is very important to write down the reservations you would have about a product before signing the delivery note. Important: even if the deliverymen advise you to note on the delivery note "subject to unpacking", know that this mention has no legal value. 4. Quality or compliance issues:

In case of delivery of a product that does not correspond to the order (defective or non-compliant), the Buyer must make its claim within 7 days from the signature of the distribution slip. Complaints must be sent by registered letter with acknowledgment of receipt and must include:

• Product references.

• The reasons for the claim.

5. Back:

The return of the products must be done within 14 working days from the allocation of a return number by Optik Lab customer service. Otherwise Optik Lab will not make any exchange or refund of products ordered. No parcel will be accepted without a return number. Any product to be exchanged or refunded must be returned to Optik Lab in its original condition and packaging and include the entire product and its accessories. Shipping costs are the responsibility of Optik Lab except where the product returned or exchanged does not match the original declaration made by the Buyer in the right of return.
